Orkut Etiquettes

“Sham on you, you don’t have any orkut etiquettes.”

I got this accusation twice in less than a week.

My mistake

In first case, I just requested my room mate to buy some radish so that we can have “mooli ka paratha” in dinner. Just this much and this dude went crazy. I was accused of being orkut illiterate, being stingy who hates to spend the fifty paisa for a call instead prefers to write the inane scraps not respecting the orkut etiquettes, and much much else.
Ok, I partially agree with the stingy thing. But dude, what is orkut etiquette. No, please don’t pass another set of boundations as etiquettes.

In second case, I happened to ask a friend how his visit to a certain place going on. This dude went crazy too. This wasn’t a trip which can be discussed in public, I was told. First of all, Orkut is a public forum, Understand. Yes, I understand. There is nothing more public than orkut. But how the hell, I identify the ‘can be discussed in public’ trips from the ones prohibited to discuss in public. This understanding also comes under the orkut etiquettes package, I was informed. Importance of Orkut etiquettes was glorified for about half an hour.

So it is established that one needs to learn the orkut etiquettes. My trail begins. Anyone willing to guide?

Kaun Bacheyaga Juli Ko

Our own Big B Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, who else? No no, I am not revealing the storyline of a Ram Gopal Verma movie. It’s a real story that was running on Zee News yesterday night.

Now as what I could gather between the commercial breaks and clips of ‘Anand’ movie, it was something like this, Juli is a nurse and she took care of Mr. Bachchan during one/ or more of his hospital visits. Now she is having some disease and needs money. Zee News decides to help her and according to them its Mr. Bachchan’s moral responsibility to help her. They recall ‘Anand’ and how the relationship shared between patient Anand (played by Rajesh Khanna) and nurse/ matron D'Sa (played by Lalita Pawar), was very emotional and deep. And Mr. Bachchan having worked in this movie as a doctor should understand these emotions and respect his relationship with his nurse by offering the help.

Huh, now news channels will decide the deepness of relationship and what should be done to respect these relationships. What next?
